Terms and Conditions
Please pay this invoice within 30 days. Please note that late payment may result in interest being applied to your account at 2% above Barclays Base Rate applicable at the due date.
You can pay this invoice by: Cheque, Cash or BACS.
Title of goods shall not pass to any customer of Complete IT Support Limited until full payment has been made and in the case of default by the Customer the supplier shall be entitled to re-possess any goods/materials or proceeds of said goods.
All prices are exclusive of VAT
Work requested by the Customer are charged at our standard hourly rates within normal working hours and double for out of hours work.
The Customer is responsible for reporting any defect with deliveries within 24 hours to Complete IT Support Limited. The absence of any communication within this time will indicate that the goods are complete and correct.
Cancellation of Order
On acceptance of an order from the Customer Complete IT Support Limited will be entitled to a cancellation fee should the customer subsequently decline acceptance of the goods or services
Complete IT Support Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by the Customer as a result of delay, failure or performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Complete IT Support Limited will not be liable for any consequential loss or loss of profit suffered by the Customer, his Employees or Third Parties.
The Customer accepts that they are not reliant upon Complete IT Support Limited as to the fitness of goods or services for any particular application the Customer decides upon.
In the event the Customer becomes bankrupt, enters into liquidation or receivership the contract with Complete IT Support Limited will be deemed null and void.
Complete IT Support Limited reserves the right to withhold the supply of goods and services and to cancel agreements in the event of default by the Customer.
